Corrected Linux beta

Release verification

Pending

The existing local candidates are withdrawn from the public download path while the proprietary terms and complete third-party notice bundle are staged into fresh installers.

What must pass

  • The installer contains the CEX proprietary software terms, not the former MIT text.
  • The dependency inventory and required third-party notices ship with the installer.
  • The published size and SHA-256 digest match the final immutable file.
  • Security scanning and a cryptographic signature produce reviewable receipts.
  • The Linux app renders and passes regression tests with Chromium's operating-system sandbox intact.
No stale receipts

Verify your download

No checksum is published until the corrected installer is final. A checksum can show whether a file changed, but only a trusted signature ties that file to the publisher.

Downloads are closed during verification.

The exact filenames, byte sizes, SHA-256 values, signature bundles, and scan status will appear here together.

No inflated promises

Release policy

Only immutable builds that pass the release gates appear as downloads. Planned platforms stay marked as pending until they are built on the native operating system and pass the required signing, scanning, licensing, and packaging checks.

The public number records installer requests accepted by the CEX download route. It is not a unique-person count or proof that every download completed or was installed.

There is no automatic updater in the current beta. Future releases and migration notes will be listed here.
